A custom painting made for the space

A custom painting created to match the space of a garden duplex apartment. Between these walls, a space was created that combines comfort, style, and functionality — an open layout, natural materials, and calming colors come together into a warm, inviting home.

One of the things that defines this space is the use of natural materials like wood and metal — and that's reflected in the painting itself: the wood brings warmth and a sense of closeness to nature, while the metal adds a modern, elegant touch. The combination of the two creates a balance between tradition and modernity.

In the painting you can see this combination — from the feeling of waves to elements taken directly from the space. The green tone was also matched precisely to the home's other spaces: the kitchen, the staircase, and the bedrooms.

Beit HaYeled, Tel Aviv

An art project in partnership with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, Erez Ashkenazi Architects, and Noa Shiber

As part of the interior design of Beit HaYeled ('The Child's Home') in Tel Aviv — a therapeutic-educational residential facility operating in partnership with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality — an original series of paintings was created, designed specifically for the building's spaces.

The project was created in collaboration with Erez Ashkenazi Architects and project designer Noa Shiber, out of a wish to create a natural, harmonious connection between the art, the architecture, and the unique character of the place.

The artistic language of the series was built around movement, flow and softness, drawing inspiration from nature and the motion of waves — elements that express calm, renewal, stability and a sense of security. The color palette is based on soft, natural green tones that integrate with the design of the spaces and create a calm, balanced and inviting feeling.

Nine original works were created for the project: four paintings sized 150 × 60 cm, and five paintings sized 90 × 60 cm. Each piece was designed to fit the space it's placed in — its dimensions, its coloring, and the atmosphere intended for it.

The paintings are not just a decorative element, but an inseparable part of the experience of the place — an artistic layer that adds softness, color and a feeling of home, contributing to the warm, enveloping environment created for the children and staff.
